At Franchise Loans Direct, we pride ourselves on an efficient and streamlined application process. You can feel confident knowing your application is being reviewed by our highly experienced team. Our team has completed thousands of franchise transactions, representing billions in financing over the past four decades and one of our experienced team members will oversee the process from start to finish.
1
Application
Submit your application directly on our website. Submit your documentation using the direct link provided by our team.
2
Application Review
If your application fits one of our application only programs then you will be notified of an approval, usually the next day.

If your application is more complex, requiring financial analysis and more in-depth underwriting, after our initial review we will issue a “termsheet” clearly outlining the terms and conditions under which we may approve and fund the loan.

Once we gather all required information for your application, we use advanced technology to assess your request objectively and efficiently. Whether your application meets our “application only” guidelines, or requires evaluation of financial statements, tax returns or accountant prepared statements, you can feel confident that our process will be fair, thorough and efficient.
3
Underwriting
Upon acceptance of the term sheet, the next step is to remit your refundable commitment fee, at which point, the due diligence process begins, and your application moves to underwriting. We make every effort to structure your financing around any specific cash flow needs you may have (interest only periods, seasonal payments, step up payments, etc.) During the origination process we to identify the optimal course to maximize your opportunity to succeed.
4
Documentation
Once your application is underwritten and approved, your documentation will be handled expeditiously. We document the loan properly, making sure your terms and conditions are clearly communicated and that the collateral liens securing the loan or lease are properly filed.
